Do you accept returns?
No we don't accept return returns of any items that have been custom made and/or personalized. Each item is made especially made for each customer according to orders received. We can't accept responsibility for mistakes made by customers making mistakes when ordering. Please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting the order.

My Order is wrong what do I do now?
Oh NOOOOOO. We do make mistakes as hard as we try not to we are only human. From time to time we have bad days and things don't go as planned. Don't stress we will do our best to make it right for you. Just contact us and we will work with you to make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible.

Can you make something for my sorority if it is not listed?
Well yes and no. If your sorority does not require licensing then we can but if they do and we are not currently licensed then I'm really sorry but we can't make items for you. If you have a question concerning your sorority feel free to contact us. We we be happy to verify with our Licensing Agency before you place your order.
